HOW TO ORDER
1) Proper Fit: O.W. Lee
  OPTION 1: Call us at 909-758-6179. Provide style of furniture. We will discuss your selections and return email a detailed bid with OEM dimensions.

OPTION 2: Measure your old cushions & complete the order form. We will compare your measurements with factory specifications to make sure the cushions will fit. [It's possible to have a delaer-made cushion. Dimensions and sew pattern could differ.].
   
2) Fabric Selection:
  We can use ANY Sunbrella® fabric made. Our website displays the most popular fabrics & the ones that provide the best value. We don't use non-Sunbrella® polyspun fabrics because they don't last. For ALL Sunbrella® & Outdura fabrics see sunbrella.com or outdura.com. Specialty weaves involve upgrade charges. They usually aren't any more durabe or waterproof than basic Sunbrella® Fabric.
   
3) Order Form:
  Click on the type of cushion e.g. (seat cushion) & provide rough dimensions. We'll confirm EXACT dimensions via e-mail.
Start with seat cushion on sofas, benches, dining, deep seating, barstools - - then measure your back cushions independently.
   
4) Get EXACT price / freight quotations by submitting order request:
  Base prices for O.W. Lee already appear on order form. Upgrades involve specialty fabrics, reticulated foam, box & welt sew pattern, tapered cushions, headrests... Base price includes Sunbrella fabric, High density outdoor foam, USA thread and many custom sew patterns proudly made in USA.
   
5) You'll get a return email & confirmed order:
  You will receive a return e-mail with price quote, freight charges, confirmation of details, shipping date & details you may have overlooked; e.g. firmness desired, fill material, rounded or square corners, sew pattern, buttons, type of tie...
Following any corrections, you will receive a confirmed order (second e-mail)
   
6) To pay for order:
  After receiving confirmation, call 909-758-6179 to pay for order (We won't accept online payment -- all transactions processed via secure terminal -- BofA Merchant Services).
We don't make "cookie cutter" replacement cushions. Every O.W. Lee cushion is customized to your specifications:
